Dominus Rooms was born from a deep love for Dubrovnik — its ancient limestone walls, its salt-kissed air, and the warm light that falls across the old city each evening like a blessing. What began as a family home within the heart of the UNESCO-protected Old Town has been carefully and lovingly transformed into a place where guests can experience the city the way it was meant to be lived.

Every stone in these walls has a story. The building dates back centuries, its thick Dalmatian limestone keeping the rooms cool in summer and warm in the quiet of winter. We have preserved every original detail — the arched doorways, the worn terracotta floors, the narrow staircase that winds upward toward the light — because we believe a place this old deserves to be treated with reverence.
